Staff

Educators in Ayupova Family Child Care “Mindful Sprouts” are RIE certified teachers with rich experience in the education field studying in Waldorf Institute of Southern California. We try to find scientific explanations for various issues emerging in child behaviour and ways of solving them.

Our values

We do believe that early childhood education is a tool for gently cultivating moral and social values.  The following values are put forward in Waldorf and RIE inspired Ayupova Family Child Care “Mindful Sprouts”:

• health (personal hygiene, healthy eating, and regular exercising habits);
• family (love for parents, grandparents, siblings, and relatives);
• the nature (ability to see the beauty of the nature, be grateful to the nature, and protect the nature);
• friendship and healthy community (sharing with each other and caring for each other);
• dignity for labour (habits of participating in chores, understanding the role of work in our life).

We support children in the process of learning

• through participation and
• through examples.
