Firstly, our philosophy is based on the scientific principles of Child Psychology.  Secondly, on Waldorf and Emmi Pikler principles (RIE) of Early Childhood Education. It means that in our Child Care  individual needs of each child are met and each child is guided according to her pace. Because being RIE certified teachers with Waldorf education actively involved in Child Psychology we are experienced in identifying individual needs of children, and finding scientific explanation to various issues emerging in the child behavior. Therefore, we are able to nurture that aspect of a child’s nature, which can lead them to their success. 

Educational activities in Mindful Sprouts are directed to a balanced development of intellectual, physical and artistic skills. Working with toddlers, we achieve the highest level of trust, enjoyment and gentle cooperation between the caregiver and child.

We try to actively utilize the rules and principles beneficial for child development suggested by scientists in the field of Child Psychology such as Jean Piaget, Erik Erikson etc. 

Before choosing our philosophy, we scrupulously studied Waldorf (Rudolf Steiner), Montessori, Reggio, Emmi Pikler approaches to Early Childhood Education. And we found Waldorf philosophy and Emmi Pickler approach best filling the gaps of contemporary Early Childhood Education.
