“Mindful Sprouts” welcomes children in its “physically safe, cognitively challenging and emotionally nurturing environment”. These are the requirements of RIE and Waldorf approach for the environment in which young children can learn and develop.  

Our toy library consists of toys made of mostly wood, cotton, wool, and other natural materials. The toys are rotated suggesting only a manageable number of them that is very good for increasing the children’s attention span and open the pathway for their creativity.

A lot of activities are organized in a child-friendly backyard, equipped mostly for developing gross motor skills and helping young kids to make their first steps in Environmental Study. We provide children the opportunity to observe closely and learn how vegetables are grown on a specially created little garden bed. Playing in the mud kitchen makes them feel closer to nature.  

To keep our children healthy and safe we organize most of our activities in the open air. 

Nutrition

We provide only organic food for snacks and homemade healthy meals prepared only from organic ingredients for lunch.
